Neatfleet Care – Shipping Policy (UK)

At Neatfleet Care, we aim to dispatch your order quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. This policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your purchases.


1. Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before [insert cut-off time] (Monday–Friday) are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • In busy periods, dispatch may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.


2. Couriers We Use

  • We ship using a wide range of trusted third-party couriers (including, but not limited to: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Parcelforce, UPS, and FedEx).

  • Courier selection is based on destination, parcel size/weight, and service availability.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery via a specific courier unless agreed in advance.


3. Delivery Times & Charges

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Remote and offshore locations (e.g. Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) may take longer and incur additional charges.


4. Tracking

  • Most orders include tracking, and you will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and may be delayed during peak seasons.


5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.

  • If a courier confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.


6. Hazardous Goods & Restrictions

  • Certain chemical products are classified as hazardous and may have restricted delivery options.

  • We comply with all courier and transport regulations for the safe handling of hazardous goods.

  • Some products cannot be shipped outside mainland UK due to safety restrictions.


7. International Shipping

  • At present, we only ship within the UK.

  • We may add international delivery in the future, subject to legal and courier restrictions.
