Shipping

Processing Time: All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your delivery every step of the way and know exactly when to expect your package.

Delivery Times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available at checkout)
  • International Delivery: 7-14 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.

Pallet Deliveries: Larger items that require pallet delivery will incur an additional £60 pallet charge. This will be clearly indicated at checkout for applicable products.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues.

Returns

Return Period: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must be in a resaleable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

How to Return:

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@neatfleet.co.uk to initiate your return
  • We'll provide you with a return authorisation number and detailed return instructions
  • Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  • Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

For faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a free return and replacement.
